When you get our Preventative Maintenance Plan you pay an annual fee which guarantees

1. Guaranteed service within 48 hours.

2. You are entitled to a 10% discount on all heating and cooling repairs and accessories.

3. You are entitled to a 5% discount on new equipment.

4. Agreement period will be effective for one year from date accepted.
