When we woke up to no heat on one of the coldest days of the year, I called Stevens and left a message before normal hours. They had a repairman to our home within a couple of hours and resolved our issue quickly! I wouldn’t call anyone else!

Exceptional Service! When I called for service in the morning, the day my heat wouldn’t come on, I was told it would be in the afternoon. The technician was at my house within an hour and 1/2. He quickly determined (within a few minutes) that the switch on my outlet that powers my furnace had been flipped off. He only charged me half of what the normal service would be. I know who I’m using for my future heating and cooling problems!!!! Thanks Tim!
